    2. Know which documentation you may need to upload if you are applying for a new permit. Note that there may be additional requirements depending the type of permit. Visit the NYC Health Department’s permit and licensing homepage to determine all the requirements and documents needed to apply for a specific permit or license.

    3. If you are renewing for the first time online, you may need to link to your permit or license record via a PIN. Information about linking is available in the FAQs in #1 above.
